What You’ll Need to Provide

Once payment is received, for our AI to carry out a search, we require a few key details to help us verify any Tribunal history accurately:

• Tenant's Full Name - including first, middle (if available) and surname, all known aliases or common variations in spelling.
• Previous Rental Address (if known) - This will provide secondary method for searching.

What You’ll Receive

If a match is found, you will receive confirmation of the existence of their details on the UK First Tier Property Tribunal records and if it is available, a copy of the case file (either as a link or PDF).

We only share information that is on public record. All searches are confidential and no contact is ever made with the tenant during this process.
